"Loved the property, but I literally reserved this property for the breakfast at Shula’s. Unfortunately, their cappuccino machine was down the entire time I was there, so I had to go to Starbucks which was a huge disappointment."

"It is not the most clean or up to date! Housekeeping staff is not helpful, we had to wait an entire day to get towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Beds are not comfortable and don’t expect to get restful sleep. Location to beach access was perfect."

"Stayed overnight, was hardly at the hotel but from what I saw it was beautiful. Very clean and the room was spacious."

"The Sanibel building is an old building, elevators are slow, there is no direct access to the pool area. Screened in lanai makes it difficult to take nice photos from the balcony because of the screens. Overall, was not what we expected."
