"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "During our stay the hotel lobby, restaurant areas were being painted during the day, which did result in dust in the air, noise at breakfast, and access difficult for those with mobility issues. We appreciate the efforts to reduce this but it was an issue for guests. One lift also out of action for the whole week. "
