Hotel Keluarga di Estrela

"Great"

"Great small hotel part of the Hilton group to enjoy with polite friendly staff Every thing was good for our short break"

"Great hotel. Our third stay."

"The room was very clean, all staff were really friendly and helpful. The bar staff, particularly, were informative and helpful with travel ideas. We saw amazing sunsets and had some tasty Portuguese wine. Breakfast was tasty and there was enough choice for all the family. Only small negative feedback was the building work going on next door, which was close to our room. They started drilling about 8 am. This wasn't too much for us, as we got up early to enjoy the lovely Lisbon city."

"Our sink kept getting clogged. The location was within walking distance to all the sites. We felt safe and comfy"

"This is a great place to stay especially if you are an Expedia VIP. Lovely neighborhood with authentic restaurants - the staff gives great recommendations. Breakfast will last you till dinner easily. VIPs get free drinks which were a Port and Cherry liquor, both unique and delicious. Great peaceful outside area — highly recommended"

"Beautiful old historic building we had an upstairs pool suite with separate living area with great views breakfast was delicious staff were very lovely especially the singing cleaning lady lots of tiny terraces to read or chill in. Bliss"

"The location was perfect! We loved the morning breakfast and the small patio off of our room."

"街歩きのロケーションは良いと思いますが、値段には見合わないとおもいます。"

"Exactly as advertised -- a great way to keep costs low if you only use your hotel to sleep. Just keep in mind that there is no AC in the rooms, or at least there wasn't in ours (Montserrat room)."

"Location - between Baxio and Belem. A 20 mins train ride to either. Restaurants - Bloom for breakfast and 31 for dinner. Things to do - FX Factory Check In - recommend contacting the property direct via email with reservation number. They will send a link for your access codes. Housekeeping- garbage every day, towels every 3 and sheets every 7. Staff is on site every day. Pool - small but cool. Very nice to lounge and sip wine. Stairs - no elevator so be prepared. The building is old with modern...

"This place cares more about its looks than cleanliness. Our ac unit was caked in dust. We were coughing the whole trip. Multiple times we’d ask the host for little things, toilet paper, towels, and we wouldn’t get any reply back. It wasn’t until we were nearing the end of our stay when all that was delivered, but at that point we were checking out in 2 days from our 10 day stay. I don’t recommend staying here"

"Great place to stay, when checking in check your junk mail for the access code."
