"The room was very clean, all staff were really friendly and helpful. The bar staff, particularly, were informative and helpful with travel ideas. We saw amazing sunsets and had some tasty Portuguese wine.
Breakfast was tasty and there was enough choice for all the family.
Only small negative feedback was the building work going on next door, which was close to our room. They started drilling about 8 am. This wasn't too much for us, as we got up early to enjoy the lovely Lisbon city."

"Location - between Baxio and Belem. A 20 mins train ride to either. Restaurants - Bloom for breakfast and 31 for dinner. Things to do - FX Factory Check In - recommend contacting the property direct via email with reservation number. They will send a link for your access codes. Housekeeping- garbage every day, towels every 3 and sheets every 7. Staff is on site every day. Pool - small but cool. Very nice to lounge and sip wine. Stairs - no elevator so be prepared. The building is old with modern...
