"My family and friends were there for a race. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to get up early so by 9 we settled down. The people in the room next to us were loud and playing loud music. At 10:15 I went down to the desk. No resolution. At 10:30 I went back down, no resolution! I called at 10:45 and the resolution was to move me and my family to another room. We were very thankful to finally get some sleep but that was probably not the best call from the front desk clerk in my opinion. Why did we...

"I got there and it took forever to eventually check in, and I got woken up in the morning by someone trying to open my door."

"The bed was very comfortable. Ask for a room away from the elevator. The floor chime in the elevator was very loud and guests talkative."

"Hotel look like the one out of the scary movies . the air filter was so nasty I ask the person at the desk for a new one he said they didn't have any and to take the one out the air condition in the lobby. the elevator worn down feel like its going to stop on you at any minute. the floors was so dirty like they haven't been mopped in a while. and I had to get more sheets and pillow cases, and also had to clean the tub and wipe down everything. just looked deserted."

"Dated brown and yellow everywhere,dark room,dark brown carpet. No laminate flooring, needs updating but owners won’t. Skipped breakfast and ate in town. Horrible decor; just wanted to sleep and get out asap."

"Need to clear better. Room smeared like mildew, towels dull sheets had stains. Ask to have them changed. All around need better house keeping.I was listed by a couple ROACHES.... Pool green. But it was somewhere for me to sleep."
