No apologies from the staff for the inconvenience, and no offer of assistance in moving my things. "Well I paid for the room then the receptionist said that I couldn’t get the room I called Expedia and they tried to fix the problem and then I was told to call management for Woodspring and the receptionist couldn’t even do that I had to get a room at another hotel they took my money and never refunded me"

"Breakfast was mediocre. Hash browns cold. Sausage ok eggs were over cooked. Bathroom needs attention bad. Pillows were small squares not good at all. Not what I expected from a sleep inn. Other ones were great."

"The staff were exceptional. Belinda at checkin was awesome. Cee cee at the bar was a great host and great bartender. We did have two meals there and they were good also!!! When I visit Petersburg again I will definitely be staying there. 3 bars and a restaurant. The soap in the room smelled fragrant."

"The staff was really helpful and the breakfast was decent. The room had a layer of dust and the mini fridge didn’t work and was stuffed with towels. The floor by the air conditioner was soaking wet and there’s a rug on the floor. I didn’t ask for a room change because we had traveled all day and didn’t arrive until 10pm. The room was booked 2 months in advance so they knew we were coming so I’m not sure why they put us in a room they knew had broken equipment."

"This hotel was everything I look for in a hotel when booking! It was super clean from walking the hotel entrance in to the room. Although the water pressure seemed a little low while showering and flushing of the toilet, it didn’t overshadow the good. This hotel didn’t serve complimentary breakfast, however they had purchasable items. It didn’t have a pool but it didn’t need one! "It was a little shady however the inside was clean, the bed n pillows were comfortable and the room was the coldest room I’ve ever slept in! I would go back to Virginia just to stay in that cold room!"

"our room was very spacious. small fridge needs a freezer as well. for ice packs for travel back home. needs a ceiling fan. but, all in all it was a very nice place to stay."
