"On a road trip with my husband and we stayed just a single night but it was one of the best nights of our trip. Jacob at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Slept great! Water pressure in the shower was perfect. We also needed to do a load of laundry and we were pleasantly surprised that the washer/dryer were complimentary. Breakfast was decent. We will definitely stay again."

"The room was extremely overpriced for the size of room we were given. I've seen jail cells that were bigger. The shower was extremely small and the water was plumbed backwards. Facility could definitely use some upgrades. Unfortunately this is the last time I will ever book a Best Western for any of my stays. The only good thing about this hotel was the convienence of the location for the Ducks game."

"A nice hidden gem! I arrived in Eugene at 1 PM and even though Campus Inn generally begins check in at 4 PM, the lovely front desk staff let me check in early at no extra charge. I also appreciated the makeup wipes and good personal care products (Dove) in the bathroom. All in all a good experience and would definitely come back here!"

"This is a decent hotel more on the average side but I tend to stay in fairly upscale hotels so I’m a bit biased. The staff was friendly not not go out of their way friendly. The area was generally clean but it was obvious that one of the UO events had overwhelmed them. The amenities were sub par but at least they had some. Getting to the hotel during an event is almost impossible. It literally took me three hours to get to the hotel from the interstate because of the Savanah Bananas. ...
