The room was very dirty, needed many repairs (holes in walls, mold, rusty shower curtain rod, writing on the walls, window coverings torn partially off, shower would not drain, phone receiver cord broken), and I would not stay there again. You do get what you pay for. The price was cheap and the location was walking distance to the ocean. I would suggest bringing your own cleaning supplies and bedding, and leave your things in your vehicle until you are done cleaning. After seeing the uncleanliness of the room I decided to opt out of the free breakfast.

The location was ok. Close to everything, but right in the highway, so very loud. We stayed in a room above the office and both mornings around 6-6:30 am there was constant opening and closing of a door, to the point I packed up and left so I could sleep at home. I wanted a couple relaxing days and to maybe get a chance to sleep past 6:30 am. No such luck. The baseboards were quite dirty and stained on the ac unit wall. Not sure if it was water stains or something else, but kind of grossed be out. The rest of the room and linens appeared clean, but for the price I would expect much better.

Room204: bathroom is clean yet has a bit of black mold. Staff is “quiet” and pleasant. AC and wifi work. Room smells fresh, linens and beddings are clean. On the “go breakfast” of waffles, bread, jam, cereal, milk, hot chocolate, coffee is available. Wish there were fruit. Thank you for the good experience!

We had booked 2 nights stay but had to leave after just 1 night because one of us had a severe allergic reaction to something in the room ( best guess is a cat had stayed there and rhe room wasnt cleaned properly). After several Attempts to contact the property and finally getting help through Hotels.com the hotel said that they would not refund the unused night, even though we waited for 10 minutes in reception trying to speak to someone but nobody came so we had to move on. Very poor customer service!

So this stay started out bad when we checked in and got keys to our room, as soon as we entered our room we were hit with a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. I called the front office where I advised them of this and was told all rooms were non smoking and it smells like that in every room. After, a couple of minutes, we couldn’t take the smell so I went to the front office where I asked for a different room and first was asked if I wanted air freshener, which I was confused because why is it my job to clean and febreze their room. At the end, the owner changed my room( which he was upset to do) and trust me when I say the smell was night and day. After that change everything went well, we had a clean room, free, simple and decent breakfast the next morning. The owner needs to smile a little more but other than that it was a good stay in a great location.
