This location was very convenient for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again!"

"During my stay, several issues affected the overall experience. The room was not clean. The bed sheets had visible stains, and the bathtub curtain showed signs of mold. Additionally, the heater in the room was not turned on, which was especially concerning given that the outside temperature was approximately 18 degrees. "I loved my stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was great, the entire place was so clean, the pool, lobby, the breakfast area and our room! I loved the little courtyard too. It was a great stay and I will be for sure coming back in the future if I have to stay in Peoria. "

"The location and the outside area felt sketchy. Still thought we would give it a chance. The lobby looked nice. The room looked nice, however, there were ants in the bathroom and the blankets were stained. We decided right away that we just werent going to stay there. I went and checked out after only being there for 15 mins. When i told the guy at the front desk that we weren't going to stay and why, he didn't say anything, just checked us out on the computer and told me have a nice day."

"I did NOT stay there. The property is run down, I was given 2 different rooms and both were very poor. The bathrooms were disgusting, tubs were moldy. The first room #301 bathroom looked like a child was repairing the caulking and grout. Unbelievable how poor this property is. "
