I stayed in the three-bedroom apartment, which was beautifully presented, just beautifully presented. The furniture was high quality and tastefully chosen. "We had a bit of a bumpy start eith reception after arriving in the evening to what was a note saying back in 20 mins ehich wasnt the case. However the following morning we went to mske a complaint. We spoke to Jimmy who is by all means the Chef. He was absolutely amazing he got straight on the case and then spoke to Elena the reception manager , who again did everything to rectify isdues. When we arrived in our room we had no towels, no remote and no hairdryer which they do have at reception if...

"The staff was helpful and accommodating, able to confirm the bed arrangements in the room in advance despite having a policy of not doing that. The hotel is quiet, tidy and clean, centrally located and very close to the beach, bus station and city centre. The cleaners should have made an effort and clean the room or change the towels during our 3 days of stay however the overall experience is very positive."
