"Stay was great! Everyone was very helpful and answered every question we had. The room was clean and cleaned well daily. The amenities were great. Though we did not try the food and cannot speak on that, the minibar was stocked with the typical things for free which was nice."

"The hotel is perfectly situated just a 3 minute walk to the old town. Very clean, with helpful staff it is worth it to stay here for the location if you are here to explore. Tram picks up right outside the lobby door as well. Please note that the rooms and bathrooms are very small, but clean."

"Lisa at the front desk was the best. My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 7 AM because we came from the US overnight, and although we tried to sleep on the plane we couldn’t, and needed to kill time until house keeping had readied the room. She graciously took our luggage in and prioritized our room being ready sooner than the agreed upon 3 PM check-in. The spot was clean, prices fair, and the breakfast was excellent."

"We had the misfortune of a group of young men being very loud for about 2 hours in the hallway between 00:00 - 02:00am, knocking on doors, screaming and being loud in their rooms as well. Sadly nothing was done, which was disappointing."

"The property is very well maintained and beautifully renovated. Staff seem happy and therefore they’re happy to you as well. The breakfast bar was very diverse had something for everyone there especially the bread. I would stay there without any hesitation and recommended to any friends who happen to come from Australia to Frankfurt thank you."

"Located near to the central station, close to restaurants and market. The room was spacious and the receptionist was really nice and even helped us to throw our broken luggage. The only thing that was lacking was the cleaning service, it’s not clean enough since we stayed there for 5 nights. "
