There are many transportation opportunities nearby. The price is very good, however, the room and hallway were a bit dirty. The room was very quiet. The area feels a bit unpleasant. But that is a general Frankfurt issue of this quarter. The staff was very friendly.

There could be more pillows on the room. Location is very central near Frankurt Hbf, but also close to many drug addicts and dealers. Staff was great though and allowed for an early check in and luggage storage. TV setup could also be improved. Overal,l good for single night stays if you really need something close to the Hbf.

I would like to inform you that I stayed at the hotel for only one night, despite having paid for four nights. I decided to check out early because I did not feel safe in the area there were people who appeared to be intoxicated or engaging in questionable behavior right outside the hotel entrance at 3 meters far. Additionally, the room was not as clean as expected, and I even saw a cockroach inside. For these reasons, I preferred to forfeit the remaining nights and move to another hotel in a safer area.

Not the worst, but also far from good

The staff and service were good, but it ends there. The rooms we stayed at had showers with glass walls, meaning you were able to see whoever was in them from anywhere in the room, thats something they don’t show in pictures. The bedsheets were stained with blood and one of our rooms smelled heavilly like cigarrette. Overall the building is old, not clean at all and in a very bad neighbourhood, I recommend you to research about the surroundings of the hotel before booking your reservation, you’ll be surprised. If you have never been to Frankfurt before, which was my case, please research about the area and hotel ratings before booking this.

Muy bien situado, buena habitación y muy silenciosa. Llegamos a las 11 y nos dieron la habitación. Buena limpieza. Desayuno muy escaso y los alrededores del hotel con mucha gente sin hogar. Muy buen hotel para conocer Frankfurt en tres días.

Hotel located 3 blocks from Frankfurt Hbf. Area around main train station is the seedy redlight district, so be warned. Hotel staff are very pleasant + helpful. Breakfast buffet choice was basic, but served by friendly staff. Stayed there because it was close to Hbf + U-/S-Bahn lines.

An der Rezeption sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Ein bisschen mehr Licht im Zimmer wäre gut. Matratzen fest und nicht durch gelegen. 20 m neben dem Hotel allerdings ein Drogen Hotspot mit vielen Junkies. Einfach unangenehm, wenn man mit Gepäck da durch muss. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels aber absolut top.

The staff was pleasent over all. The problem with this hotel is we book the room for 3 people, and were taken back when we entered the room to find the toilet was behind closed door but the rest of the bathroom(sink and shower) is all glass so absolutely no privacy. It is ok if you are a couple but if you have someone else with you or kids it is unacceptable. In our booking with them they k ew there was3 guests, but only received 2 sets of towels, 2 glasses and mugs, not very professional, then to make matters worse our private patio, has cigarette but on the floor, and table. If you are looking for a hotel, look some else.
