"Let's clarify, this is not a hotel. It's really a motel as all of the doors face the parking lot. So safety and security are a problem. The lobby was underwhelming but served its purpose. No elevators. Luckily we were on the first floor but the family we were traveling with has kids and had to carry their luggage upstairs. The room was clean but the queen beds were the smallest we slept in on our trip. Breakfast was ok. You can tell they've tried to improve but it's still a motel."

"Convenient off the interstate location. Room was clean. Bed was a little hard for my liking. Walls were too thin too. It's bad when I know what movie the occupants are watching in the other room.. but don't want to know or hear what's going on next door. Breakfast was also pathetic.. just stale cereal, bad coffee and a waffle maker. Try adding some fruit, yogurt, eggs, toast, bagels, other options.. This place is not a dump and is a good budget hotel. There are just some area's whereas this...

"Nice place to stay for a family to spend a night"

"The Travelodge by Wyndham Santee was just what we needed. We were in town for a pre-wedding gathering and a wedding the next day. The location was great and also made for the shortest travel time for returning home. The bed was very comfortable. The major negative was that the a/c was off when we arrived and with temperatures in the upper 80s-mid 90s, it took a very long time to cool off. And the moisture never left - our clothes were still damp when we got back home. Overall, the stay served...
