"My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. "The property had an odor throughout the building. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. There gnats flying in the room. The following morning killed a roach in the bathroom. The original room reserved was not available. According to staff it was not able to be occupied. The pool was also not in service. Would not stay at the property again. The only positive is the location is conveniently located near restaurants and the expressway."

"I would give a five star rating if only we could control the temperature in our freezing cold room. The owner told us the control for the air conditioning was in the room next door. He gave us access to a key for the room but we couldn’t unlock the door. The owner was a really personable guy so good to talk to. Breakfast was cooked to order which was very nice"

"This is the best hotel in Augusta GA to me!!.. they always accommodate my needs and if I have any issues or questions the staff always quickly responds and resolves with a smile!!!.. this by far is the BEST ECONO LODGE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!.. "There was a couple at the front desk, the lady was rude and had attitude, the man on the other hand was nice. The pictures of the hotel are a lie, it was a horrible experience I knew I wouldn’t get a refund otherwise I would’ve definitely gone to another place.
