"There were ants crawling over things in our room and on our bed. The staff has the personality of a doormat. The check in attendant was on her cell phone the entire time. She said nothing to us other than “sign here”. The building is old, run down, the rooms are the same. The bathroom leaves A LOT to be desired. During our stay, the fire alarm went off at 11 pm and we had to exit the building but no explanation was provided on if it was safe to re-enter or an apology to stand in the cold. ...

"had an overall decent stay at the property. The room, bed, and washroom were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated.
However, there were a couple of issues. The heater in the bedroom was not working, which made the room uncomfortable. Also, the balcony door/window was difficult to slide and did not open easily.
Another point I would like to mention is the check-in and check-out timing. The check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which feels quite limited for the price...

"Entering the front desk, the clerk was extremely rude with no hello and/or eye contact. After the check in process, I asked about breakfast and she said that I had to pay and I told her that I already paid and she disagreed with me.
