"The check-in was a fiasco. The office closed at 8 PM. I arrived a couple of hours later. Without a cell phone, I had to rely on another hotel guest to tell me what to do to check in. It turned out I had to knock on the hotel room door that was 2 doors to the left of the office. Luckily, someone answered ..."
