"Room was very clean and maintained through our stay (we forgot to place a “no clean” midway through our stay). Restaurant staff and bartenders were very nice and attentive (shout out Thomas and Mina). Was unaware of the airport shuttle so for future guests, let that be part of welcome/check in script! Could’ve saved on the uber to airport and would’ve had an even better experience with y’all. Such a great location and access to walk city and into Fenway. Would stay again!"

"Great stay was very nice, quiet clean and friendly staff. Amenities were lacking, bar area not as expected and continental breakfast was ok. The elevator situation was odd had to walk very far to get to a king suite room that we paid more for with no easy access to besides walking"

"The staff (Sally & William) made this a great stay for two days! They were gracious, helpful and totally delightful!! The hotel is really beautiful, , clean and beds very comfortable. Although my husband had to tighten the toilet lid and wanted to fix the loud air conditioner. The signs in the lot stating “park at your own risk” were very disconcerting! The area is loud throughout most of the night-music, traffic sirens. But it was just like Sally said. We had no issues whatsoever. Our truck was fine and the people all were great."
