I was here in town for one night for a business trip and the Quality Inn was great for my needs. It was close to where my meeting was going to be and close to a restaurant. For the price and the amount of time I spent at the hotel it was sufficient.

This property needs a lot of work, the facility is run down, the air wasn’t working properly, no shower curtain in the bathroom, hair from the past guest in the bathroom, toilet was nasty! My highlight was staff members one name was Tiffany and she was a breath of fresh air !

Property was well maintained and clean. Room was clean and fresh. Not enough towels for guest number on reservation but received extra towels within minutes. All staff were pleasant and courteous. Bathroom needs some plastering attention around shower head and ceiling over tub but otherwise well maintained.

I truly enjoy my day when i check in the man at the front desk was so pleasant. He made me feel welcome. My room was very clean i stay in one of the suites. I had no problems. . When i check out the lady was also very pleasant.as well. Yes i will stay there again. I give a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The man at customer service was great. The problem was the room conditions. There was water spots, areas that were miffed and sanded that needed to be painted and in my room remote kept going on and off.

When I woke up there I was GOING to make my tea & ran the water into my mug, SOMETHING fell into my mug! It looked like a large sum of SNOT. I took the mug to the front seat & was told I need to wash the maker out. NO, I shouldn’t have to do anything.

TV needs to be updated. It kept freezing up. I paid extra for emotional support dog to come with my husband that is a Gulf War veteran. The lady that checked me in was fine with me having the dog. The gentleman that I had to speak with about the satellite TV keep saying they were not pet friendly to the point I thought he was going to make us leave that night.

Barely any breakfast (aka bagels and cereal) . Had to ring a ring doorbell/video camera to get a lady to come to the front and check me in. It’s not a horrible place but you get what you pay for. Also hair dryer was broken, random phone in the bathroom, and no iron. Whoever renovated was very lazy. Didn’t even remove picture frame from wall, just painted around it

The Property was clean, but a little old. The staff were friendly and willing to help when available. (Only one person at desk) I think the biggest negative was the breakfast. I was there during the so called free hot breakfast between 8:00am-8:30am. The only thing there was some cereal and no milk and a few apples and condiments and juice from machine.
