"The hotel is located opposite the train station and there is a Metro station just by the main entrance. It is close to restaurants. The staff were very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. My only very minor comment is that there was too little space between the end of the bed and wall. I had to squeeze past the bed to get to the desk. Could the room be reconfigured to overcome this problem? I stubbed my toe on the leg of the bed a couple of times squeezing past the end of the bed."
"Super nice hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Location can’t be better. The only thing that I would invest is in good pillows and better AC. AC is very old and pillows are terrible."
"I have stayed at this hotel many times on my annual trip to Montreux, can't beat it for convenience for the station and town, luxury setting with staff that are friendly and helpful without any of the snootiness that can be found in other high-end establishments. The lake-facing rooms are marvellous, the only criticism of the room on this stay was the position of the bath taps, which encroached on access to the shower. Won't put me off staying again though!"
"We stayed in a junior suite as a family of four and it was wonderful. We had a view of Lake Geneva and the room and bathroom were extremely spacious.
On arrival we were greeted by the porter who was very welcoming and guided us on where to park and swiftly took our luggage to our room, which was ready early. The reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff were also always very helpful and polite. We were able to use the indoor pool with the children at certain times.
The restaurant, whilst expensive, was superb. Very relaxed atmosphere with very good service and the meals were to a very good standard.
Whilst parking is chargeable, it is very convenient. Maybe guests could receive a reduced rate for the parking through an arrangement of some sort?
We enjoyed playing pool a lot.
Easy walking distance to many areas within Evians les Bains.
Whilst there, the hotel manager Lucas came and had a chat with us to understand how we were finding our stay. As the hotel has recently been acquired by Leonardo (previously Hilton) he is working on enhancements. He eluded to the fact they are wanting to enhance the decor and offerings even more whilst keeping it good value, it sounded very promising."
"Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are amazing and do everything they possibly can to make your stay perfect. The spa facilities are brilliant and the brasserie restaurant is well worth a visit for some amazing food! We are already thinking of when to return."
