"The Villas at Victor Hugo was a lovely place. Very convenient for our days in Avignon. The Expedia listing for the apartments is incorrect in that it lists washer and dryer for the apartments - but it seems that there is only one or two apartments that have that amenity. This was a big negative but not a reflection of the host as they have repeatedly tried to get Expedia to correct the error."

I’ve reached out to the host multiple times to inquire about air conditioning at the property as our stay was scheduled in the middle of a heat wave. The person I reached in the phone told me that some properties did and others didn’t and someone with the information would call me back. À 17h nous avons reçu les codes d'accès. Aucune réponse de la part de 123homefr par téléphone ni aux différents messages envoyés via expedia. Logement propre, sauf le four. Le mobilier est a changé car très abîmé. Sanitaire à changé également très usé, la baignoire et la chasse d’eau avec de l'adhésif.."
