From the staff at the front desk to the cleaniness of the room, my friend and I's stay was excellent. The hotel being close to the town centre was a major bonus as everything was in close proximity. I'd highly recommend this hotel. Not only for the attentive and lovely staff, but the level of comfort you'll receive.

What can I say this is great hotel very central once you’re here some lovely secret walking well it was to me The receptionist and staff can’t do enough for you have just returned admitted it was a quiet period as a few restaurants bars were having there break in the south of France Shopping is great all the shops you’re going to find in Paris and some lovely local shops and considering the Euro is poor you can’t see the difference brought a beautiful bottle of wine 3 Euro not in England was...

We stayed the night before getting Eurotunnel to the UK in the morning. The hotel is very basic, but the rooms are comfortable and spacious. If you are traveling with a dog a suggest requesting a room on the ground floor as they have direct access to the issued which is super convenient.

Been staying at this hotel for 3 short break / weekend trips each year since 1997. The staff, as always, are excellent and always willing to help. The hotel has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and although the public areas - reception / bar & breakfast area are looking clean & bright - we miss the old "bar / lounge" area which was quite cosy set out of the way from reception and the general access. Very good. A nice location and attentive staff. The late checkout is very useful if you have arrived late in the evening - e.g. from the ferry. The parking is very close, secure and a real advantage. The proximity of Euralille is very useful to buy provisions - especially if it is raining as it was on our visit.The bed was very comfortable! Nice and firm. Not squishy!! Nice art work in the room. My second visit to Calm Appart Hotel and I will be back if I need to come to Lille again. Keep-up...
