- Room had no heating only a Dyson hot and cold fan
- As room had no heating Bathroom was also cold therefore towels always felt damp and smelt
- Balcony was large however the decking was loose and broken. Extremely dangerous
- Free mini bar fridge was warmer than the room and contained one can of fizzy orange, one can of fizzy apple and a small bottle of water between two
- Road noise was loud as hotel sat on a five way road junction
- TV only had all French speaking stations
- The curtains were a challenge to close as they went around corners, behind TV and desk and the tracks did not run smoothly
The rooms were very tired and needed some money spending on them.
On a positive, the hotel was in a good location!
We did not complain whilst we was staying there as we had booked a suite for three nights; thinking this would give us a better room. As the heating system wasn’t working we guessed all the rooms were the same and therefore nothing would be gained by complaining and we didn’t want to spoil our break by being negative.
The rooms were very tired and needed some money spending on them.
