"We checked in and unfortunately the first room we were given wasn’t finished. Lights hanging out of the roof mirror on the floor. Went to reception and was told we would need to wait an hour. Told the manager we needed to get ready for a function, gave us free breakfast and found a room quickly. Good work. However in the room the tracks for the drapes didn’t cover the whole window. "The staff are super friendly and check-in and check-out was super easy. We did the valet parking option and it was super convenient. The location is great - with Auckland sight seeing activities within walking distance. The room was super clean and they even provided us with milk for coffee/tea! Highly recommend. "

"Came to Auckland for a concert. Tribe was walking distance from everything we needed, the rooms were quiet and peaceful, and everything was very clean. Check in and out were easy and pleasant. Didn't eat in the restaurant but had a couple of nice drinks, it's a great spot for people watching and planning your day."

"Room was clean and tidy. King bed was European style which is two beds joined, it made the middle a little uncomfortable. The fridge has an alarm as soon as you open it which was jarring when raiding it at 2am for a cold drink. The room we had was joined to another room which was cleaned very early by some noisy cleaners. Very close to Spark arena making it an ideal choice for concerts."
