"Staff were amazing, we stayed during a heatwave and they were helpful with ice from the bar. Other instances such as needing forks, hangers in our room and new towels were treated with the same professionalism ! The rooms do need a bit of updating but for what it was the price is exstremely reasonable. The room was very clean when we arrived. "We loved our stay at Llechwen Hall Hotel, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. There are two steep steps to the restaurant that we couldn’t manage due to disabilities but the staff served us in the lounge area so not a problem. We can certainly recommend this Hotel."

"Beautiful surroundings with an outside terrace overlooking a small lake, quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Grounds could do with a bit of tidying, cigarette stubs everywhere. Sink in bathroom problematic for shorter people, needed to stretch over the counter to use it, tap also very stiff to use and leaking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again."

"good location with plenty of parking. The whole inside was tired and old fashioned. The room we had was poorly decorated, the windows are rotting, the carpet is dirty and rumpled up, the furniture is old and tatty, the bathroom, though quite large, was scruffy and with mold around the bath, the plug didn't fit the sink, there was no hot water in the morning and the cold air blower didn't really produce any cold air. Certainly wouldn't stay here again."

"Room was stinking, stains all over the carpet, bath was stinking full of black pieces so didn't even use the shower as I didn't want to stand in there, room was really outdated, hotel was really run down, reception area was nice but the hotel it self is really outdated and run down, bed was comfy but room felt really dirty, stinking around the window areas, breakfast was ok not much choice but it was ok, fruit flies come out of the grapes. I wouldn't stay here again."
