"I'm a stickler about a clean environment. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room. It's the most important thing to me while staying away from home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I have is that a sign with an arrow and the word ice should be posted at the laundry room. I had a hard time finding the ice machine."

"Upon arrival, I found the bathroom to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty standing water in the tub drain, and the toilet seat was heavily stained and blackened. I have photographs documenting these conditions. In addition, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast as part of the stay. However, no hot breakfast was available during my stay. "The breakfast was great. Based on interactions with other guests, they enjoyed it as much as I did. The room and the bed are spacious. I slept soundly and rested well in the hotel after a hectic weekend. I would like to suggest to the management to work on the elevator and keep it tidy. The floor of the elevator is old with a lot of cracks. The strong and unpleasant smell in the hallway also needs to be checked."

"We truly enjoyed everything about the property. The only thing that I was not made aware of was that I needed to pick up the breakfast ticket from the from desk before going to have breakfast. I was asked for this ticket while having breakfast and was completely unaware of it. That should be explained when checking in."

"Everything worked well. Great location. Parking is so convenient to the rooms. Setting is secluded. Staff were very helpful. A few signs of wear, like a few spots on the carpet and a crack in the sink basin, did not detract from function or cleanliness."
