"Room not very clean dirty walls. Tv not working aerial on tv hanging out. Told receptionist said someone would come and look at it. Said could not do anything till tomorrow. Not very helpful even night time staff could not be bothered. The staff were very rude at breakfast. Just wanted to get rid of us for 10.00 shocking did not ask for any poach eggs cause the restaurant was getting a revamp we add to order them there said."

"Lovely stay at the ibis coventry . The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Comfortable beds and in a good location not too far to go to the centre and in a distance enough to ensure a quiet nights rest .

The whole hotel was taken over by ball unable to use communal areas .Bar overpriced 4.80 for pot of tea staff which gave one drink checking in nightmare felt like herd of cattle staff unhelpful miserable .
Don’t stay here ."
