"The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They have good recomendatuons for place to eat or get coffee. Everytime i can back to the hotel they would say hi and welcome back. Me and my daughter thoight it was really neat seeing a robot roaming the halls vacuuming. Great views on the roof balcony"

"I have stayed here many times and always had a 5 star experience. This time was a bit off. I showed up at 5:15pm and was told my room was not ready. They did "upgrade" me to a king, but the room was just ok. Luckily I wasn't asked to pay for the upgrade. The carpet in the room had several clorox stains and the toilet paper roll was so close to the toilet that you literally couldn't close the toilet. "The location was great. I was able to book a shuttle to the cruise port for $12. The room was great and breakfast was wonderful. The only downside for some people is that there is not dining very close. It was fine for me. The weather was great and I didn't mind the walk. The space need was right outside my window. Probably not as close as it looked."

"Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazingly soft. The hotel provided us with 2 amazing robes. The gas fireplace made our room feel cozy and romantic. Our city view room was great! We were able to see the Space Needle building from our window. The 67 restaurant has a fantastic view. The food was delicious! Making reservations is a must! The coffee shop has very good coffee and Chai tea. The only downside is that it closes early. We had a wonderful time in Seattle!...
