"Mia helped us out before we had even arrived!!! She found us a local mechanic willing to assist us on a Saturday morning, due to our car trouble travelling to Mudgee. All staff we encountered were lovely. The rooms were large and clean and had everything we needed. Parking on site was easy. Little walk to get to shops/Pubs but that didn’t bother us. My partner had to return the following week to pick up the car and immediately chose to stay at the now familiar Horatio again."

"Jacon is very helpful and knowledgable as our tour guide. The lodge is clean and well maintained. The view is amazing. Dinner and breakfast are both tasty. Everything is well organised. We rented bicycles to go around the zoo the next day and it was fun as well. I would recommend the trip and the animal view lodge. Thank you for a wonderful experience"

"The Hotel is modern and looks brand new. Very stylish decor, large-size bathrooms and plenty of space for storage of luggage. Our room was at the back of the hotel and there was not a lot of road noise considering being on a main road. Good value for money, would stay here again."
