"There was no introduction to use sofa bed in hotels.com and this hotel. So, we were confused about why we didn’t have two beds. Except this and noise from trains, this place was good. One thing I would like to tell you is the Chinese guy was smoking in front of the non-smoking sign."

"Family tent was an amazing experience! The ambience itself was great and it also had a few amenities like USB outlets and wireless chargers within the tent. The fire place couldn't heat up the tent properly so we were shivering after midnight once the firewood burned out."

"A much needed break from the chemicals in the city, fresh, fresh air, a relaxing breeze with the open door, the view of the trees, mountains from the amazingly comfy bed or just sitting on the deck. The owners are welcoming. Defiantly a great find, planning on finding a way to spend more time out here."

"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"conveniently located 2 blocks away from Downtown Banff. Great deal for 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. great communication with the owners, they responded even if it was late at 12am. Space was clean. shower spaces are a bit small. Had a bit of an issue with the temperature. the place was cozy and too warm for our tastes, we had to open the windows. overally great value if you are travelling with a big family"
