The elevator button on the 4th floor had a cover plate that was too small, so you could see the wires behind on one side, and the plate was taped onto the wall on the other side. "I'm baffled by the glowing reviews for this establishment. Our stay was marred by several issues. The hot tub water had a putrid smell, reminiscent of rotten bleach, and it's evident that the filtration system hasn't been maintained. Sadly, the entire facility appears outdated and neglected. Our morning encounter with a sleeping (snoring!!) staff member at the front desk was also unimpressive, and the pillows in our room had a foul odor. "Pool was not very nice looking and long hair floating in it grossed me out the room I was in the heater was very load I kept thinking semi’s were using there jack brakes or someone was plowing out my window beds not that comfortable pretty hard. "There was nothing in the kitchen. Breakfast was pre packaged muffins and coffee. We stayed 3 nights. The hall carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and wasn't vacuumed while we were there. That was gross."
