"Passcode room key cards did not work. Had to get re-keyed several times. Breakfast food quality was average. Refund for shortened stay was difficult to process, according to expedia. Location to Mayo was excellent, which overrides any other deficiencies."

"You could live with the tired property but the beds felt like there were springs coming out of them and the pillows and sheets were terrible. "This hotel is in need of a complete remodel and even with that they fell short having clean rooms. There was garbage in each drawer, stains on mattress and furniture and walls. Its very clear my room wasnt cleaned very well. I hope the elevators are up to code, they would shake when in use. The same girl appeared to work 48 hours straight at front desk.
