The walkability to Mayo and parking is excellent. It is definitely an older property, but is it very clean, doesn't have strong odors in the hallways, beds are good.

Proximity to Mayo clinic was excellent. The daily breakfast was very good, even after staying there for 13 days. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Parking was easy.

The breakfast is nasty. Chilled omelettes you have to microwave, watery orange juice and icky generic cereal in a “Kelloggs” bin. Otherwise the hotel is fine and bed was comfortable.

Good choice

It's on the underground sidewalk (subway) and a short 5-10 minute walk from Mayo Clinic. The rates are great for it's location that includes parking and breakfast.
