"The showers flood to the whole bathroom after a few minutes. I thought this issue was just with my room, but I stayed with other 4 colleagues, each of us on our own room, and all showers had the same issue. Also air-conditioner is not working and after asking the staff they mentioned they only turn the master system on the hotter days. Had pretty bad nights in a very hot room."

"Our only comment that can add to info gatherers is that while it is located close to all the main attractions as described, Istanbul is a hilly city; if you have difficulty walking, the uphill to the nearest tram station can be a challenge.
