"The property was very clean, staff was very helpful at check in which i appreciated after a hard day of travel. the only issue that we had was that online it showed to be a smoke free hotel, and once we arrived at the room it was in fact a smoking room. it did not smell of smoke but there were ash trays on the bedside tables and a few small burn marks on the side of the jetted bathtub. over all it was a pleasant experience the presence of smoking in the room just caught us a bit off guard. i...

"The check in was a breeze. We arrived off our cruise at 830 am and arrived at the hotel at 11, and they were able to give us 1 room to store our luggage until the second room was ready. The staff were friendly and courteous. I will be recommending the hotel to my friends that travel. I can't say enough great things about this hotel."
