"I’d love to give a better rating, the staff was friendly and helpful. Offering breakfast and had a laundry room and pool. The property is very close to other nice establishments. But I do believe I encountered an issue with bed bugs during my stay, I have multiple bites and found one crawling on me. At first I believed it to be a tick and later found out it resembled a bed bug more."

"What a delight. You never know what you're gonna get when you shop for the best deal in a given market. This property stands out! Well maintained, clean, and no funky smells. Mini fridge and microwave included in room, the bed was super comfy, and there was plenty of hot water with great water pressure. Ten minutes from Fantastic Caves and less than 10 minutes from the Route 66 Auto Museum. You could spend more, but why?"

"Breakfast was typical for Hampton. No complaints except they need to add a gluten-free pastry. The woman serving the breakfast was delightful! Our room did not have a functioning bathroom fan, which was missed. Otherwise, all good."

"Room was spacious, clean and place felt modern. Beds were comfy, although they had the smaller square pillows. I needed longer ones to prop me up in bed, still all was great for sleeping. Not luxury hotel but step above for this price range. Breakfast also step above many. Included hot scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, english muffins and the usual fare. "I was there a week. Affordable. Quiet. Very clean. Easy parking. Kitchen. Free laundry. I saw reviews comment on the neighborhood safety. Coming from Chicago I never felt unsafe anywhere in Springfield. There are people walking the streets. Everyone everywhere I went was friendly. There are 4753674 stores from small business to major chains. Cave tours in the area were cool, a number of museums, the zoo. Everything is within 20 minutes. "

"My room was on the ground floor, same as the pool. It smelled musty. I informed the staff but nothing was done. The jacuzzi was closed! The breakfast...well not that good. Coffee machine was broken so they offered instant. No fresh fruit. Lots of pre-packaged stuff. Plus, the room was noisy due to wind outside. You could see right outside from my window AC unit due to it not fitting properly. No Netflix on the TV"

"This was very clean. Housekeeping does an amazing job ! The lady that checked me in last night was helped me cause my keys wouldn’t work for my room I appreciate that very much I was upset. That this is the only property I’ve stayed at that didn’t have a late checkout! Aside from that everything was amazing and up to date with the rooms very pretty ! "
