"Friendly staff"

"The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. The place was spotless. The only problem I had was I am disabled and the grab bar was broken in the shower. I nearly fell when I grabbed it. Also the neighboring room was making lots of noise in there room around 1am and woke me up."

It took me twenty minutes to find and maneuver my car into a slot. The front desk clerk did not mention that there was a top floor in that structure available via a separate entrance that provided more spacious parking."

"Do not trust the GF options on the Bristro menu. They have a smoking station right out side the door, so hou can walk out clean right into a cloud of smoke. Disgusting. The room was clean, but needed maintenance, as shower head was hanging out of wall. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a king with sofa bed, and were not provided with a sofa bed room. Pool was freezing."

"Do not stay here ubless you are willing to provide an ID for EVERY person staying in the room. I was turned away because I didn’t have an ID card for my disabled aunt who was staying with me."
