Hotel murah di Fair Oaks

"Unfortunately this hotel has gone downhill since we last stayed here. Shower floor had a hole/scrape in it and door frame had a loose piece. Our fridge also had two huge dents in it. Just a bit shabby overall. The staff however was extremely helpful and had fresh towels readily available since they only clean the room every 3rd morning. We did get our room cleaned on the 2nd and 3rd morning when we requested it. Our room was very clean !"

"The room was falling apart. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked and sunk in. The carpet was stained and gross, so was the chair. The entire place had a funky smell. Walls were this and could here babies crying and couples fighting. Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location. I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff."

"The room was clean. However the drain in the bath tub was broken the state of repair was subpar for a newer establishment. The staff was excellent friendly and responsive."

"Avoid at all costs. It’s listed as a 3-star Ramada but is a converted Econo Lodge and Clarion in desperate need of an overhaul renovation. The property should be knocked down immediately as it is unsafe"

"By the time I checked in, at front desk, I was advised that I was not registered for the room, and that it had been given to someone else. I attempted to tell the front desk that I had been charged for $290.00. They explained that since I went through Expedia, that I would have deal with Expedia. So not only did Hilton/Expedia give my room away, they also kept the $290.00"

"Clean rooms friendly helpstaff great breakfast"

"This seemed to be more of a trucker's hotel. The room was basic but comfortable. The building looked old and outdated. There is a Subway attached to the building and it does have a washer and dryer for guests to use. The gym is basic, one treadmill, one eliptical machine and one multifunction exercise machine that was out of order."

"Front desk girl was rude and due to fiance being in surgery at 10am, we called to verify res. on the drive there, and him not being present when checking in at 2 the girl wouldn't let me check in. Got very sick from luke warm hot tub also. Rm was JANKY!!!!"

"I had two different reservations, and the staff made the transition super convenient. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Plus it was close to a large assortment of restaurants and entertainment. Great stay!"

"I had booked through Expedia and accidentally booked a day later than intended. I tried to switch when I got there, but they said I had to call Expedia to do so. I called Expedia, they said they would have to call the hotel to do so. They said they couldn’t get a hold of the property and said I would have to book the original night I had intended while I was there and they said they would send an email to try to resolve the payment I had already made.
