"We checked in around 5pm on a thursday abd the had given our room to another couple one of which said they were us because they had the same last name. They were ataying 1 nighr and us for 3. The Manager offered to put us in another buikding tgen we would have to move to the room we were supposed to have the next day. "When we checked in Friday, that was the only time the pool had towels. This definitely needs to be better maintained. The elevators need to be inspected - flicker lights constantly in one, and we got stuck in the other one for 30 seconds at one point. We did not request a handicap suite, but got one, which is fine. "I had a very disappointing experience. The hallways had a terrible smell, and my room reeked of cigarette smoke. The floors were sticky, which made the space feel unclean, and the bathrooms were also dirty. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
