"Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers. The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel...

"Room mostly clean. Toilet was not bolted properly to full would rock to the right and made you feel you would fall. Tub surface almost did the splits, needs treads or something! Fan in bath not hooked up! Shower curtain is open at the top and allows water to wet the floor, irs dangerous. You need a hook or towel rod fot your bath towel"

"Worst hotel stay of my life. I felt like I was in a Jerry Springer show. I called the front desk 3 times for several screaming people carrying on about their personnel problems before I gave up. The front desk did come to the rooms to tell them to stop carrying on but one group was repeat offenders and still there. The kitchen counter was dirty and half filled water bottles in the fridge. The floor was dirty the hallway carpet looked like if had not been vacuumed in days. Unless you want to...

"The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. The owner wasn't much of a help either to managing his employees attitudes and behavior, and you can see...

"The floors were not clean and terribly sticky, the room smelled terrible, the shower pan was not closed and full of hair. Would not stay ever again"

"Came here with my 2 daughters for a dance competition. The hotel felt very safe and there was fast food restaurants nearby for late night dinner. Can’t comment on the pool as we didnt get time to use it. Breakfast was nice, my girls enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. Would stay here again for future competitions. "

"This is a very interesting hotel. It's on a large and still developing piece of land 20 minutes outside Greenville. The building setup is new and unique and beautifully designed. The people there were very friendly and helpful. "
