"Really nice property. Large room. Standard Home2 layout which is always brilliant. Spacious room with kitchenette and full size fridge.
Easy access to everything needed (shops, food etc).
Kanny on the front desk was a stand-out. He was friendly and very helpful. Appreciated his knowledgeable conversation.
Would have rated higher but other front desk staff let property down. We asked three people on reception if there was coin metered parking downtown. Each basically shrugged their shoulders...

"I am in a wheelchair, my left leg was amputated. I checked in and they gave me a room on the 3rd floor. Not a problem since they had elevators. Later, my husband, who recently had back surgery, and I were going out to eat and the elevators weren't working. My poor husband managed, barely, to get me down the stairs but when we returned the elevators still were not working. We had heck trying to get up all those stairs. We finally made it. "Affordable hotel to stay at. Breakfast was good. There definitely appeared to have some drug activity in the parking lot. The local church puts up unhoused people in this hotel. Staff were present but I got the feeling at night they did not feel safe. I would recommend just staying in your room and not using amenities. "

"This hotel is new and in great condition. There is plenty of space in the parking lot that is well lite. The location has easy access to I-30. The staff is friendly and professional. They make you feel like you're a true guest and not just part of a financial equation. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good night sleep.

"I was a little nervous because of the lower rating, but I have to say this place was cleaner than some Embassy and Marriott’s I’ve stayed in. The room was huge, too. The staff were friendly— they even made sure to ask how our kids did at their competitions (we were there for a state track meet) and cheered them on as we headed out to compete. **10/10—we would stay here again for the next state meet.**"
