"Lodge had great views and spacious lounge and dining area. The location is great and the lodge areas are well kept. It was great that one of the bedrooms have a sink given there is only 1 bathroom. I would book to stay again. The only negatives really are that the size of the fridge was tiny and was only really suitable for putting milk and a few other small items. "A little gem in Scotland all off grid and powered by solar and wood burners. Excellent deco and facilities with no 3 pin electric socket so no tv and the perfect place to chill and relax especially in the wood fired hot tub. "We all had a great stay at Thistle Lodge. Very clean and well presented. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area was great for our family trip of 4 adults. A bonus was the outdoor gated patio, felt like a sense of security for our Labrador. Great base for exploring Perthshire. Will definitely return in the near future. "
