"The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within easy walking distance from the Kelpies statues. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable on the local area."

"This hotel is located in a rural area near some highways. Clean and spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff. Continental breakfast. Nice restaurant and bar next door. Easy parking. Not walkable. You need a car or taxi."

"Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom"

"The room itself was actually comfortable … so thank you. That said, the shower tray did not drain (yuk). The view from the room was pretty bad and the curb appeal of the property poor. This seems to be a growing trend in the UK and is saddens me … owners and operators need to find a little time to do these things if they want my money. Sorry … but I can’t avoid these points being made!"

"We booked this hotel primarily for its proximity to the airport, and its free airport shuttle. We weren’t expecting a luxurious stay, but that’s what we got! From the hotel decor, to the cleanliness and decor of the rooms, to an amazing dining experience at the restaurant, to the great customer service, to the ease and luxury of the shuttle, this hotel experience was five-star!"

"Decent size car park. Good food menu with wide choice. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Location good for Falkirk attractions and town centre. Pleasant staff. We booked a basic room but there was no shelf in the en-suite to put your bathroom bits and pieces on. There was only one chair but we chose a basic room to keep costs down. Overall we had a very pleasant stay."
