"Staff were great, room was super clean and spacious with plenty of teas/coffees. Great shower and bath. Didn't get to make use of the sauna as we unfortunately timed it when the bench was broken."

Beautiful surroundings which the were fantastic for walking the dog. Trim track could do with bit of maintenance for safety reasons. Our villa was in a good spot and had all we needed apart from Hairdryer which seemed to have disappeared as the box was there empty. "Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Nice grounds. Staff were lovely. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Not many negatives, but our room kept stopped working 3 times, in a 1 night stay. I had to nip out to the car, and ended up not being able to get back in to the building. Also, when others are entering the building (was a separate building with just bedrooms) the doors rattle really badly. My daughter kept thinking someone was trying to get in the room. "

"Arrived at hotel early evening. Had problems from beginning i.e. trying to log in to pay for parking, enquiries re breakfast. Staff do not know anything about parking, restaurant and leisure facilities as they are all owned separately. Have stayed here often over previous years but sadly it has gone downhill. However, the room was clean, bed and bedding was very comfortable and bathroom/shower came with soap and toiletry sachets. We didn't get breakfast as it didn't look worth paying £14. ...

"Although the suite itself was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by several issues. The lights in the room didn’t work properly, which was frustrating from the start. The door to the suite constantly rattled whenever the downstairs door opened and shut, and because of the lack of soundproofing you could hear every conversation from below.
