"The mini fridge did not cool at all. There is no way to adjust it. The cleaning staff do as little as possible to complete their day. The building is in bad need of repairs and updating. Water staining is present on the walls and ceiling tiles on the first floor especially near the elevator area. Breakfast is perfect if you are on a diet. If you choose to play it safe and go for cereal....be aware that the milk is kept out on the counter in a pitcher rather than having individual milk cartons in the mini fridge in the breakfast area. Just another location to do as little as possible to get through the morning. The only hotel that would come behind this one in ranking in the Guthrie area would be the Townhouse Hotel. "Only spent 1 night - bed uncomfortable - Room smelled bad. Door keys never worked right. No place to put anything in bathroom no counter space. "

"The carpet was absolutely filthy, took shoes off at the door and walked from the beds to the bathroom and around the room and my white socks looked like i had walked 5 miles outside. No hot water in the sink only cold. $20 per pet per night, $80, was ridiculous for the condition of the room. We will not stay here again, would definitely recommend spending the extra 10-20 dollars for one of the surrounding motels/hotels."
