There's still a month to go (over a month actually) to ski in Australia and my recommendation is Falls Creek in Victoria. The views are amazing and the resort has runs for all abilities with a great ski school!
I have a great travel tip for Australian skiers, Falls Creek Victoria! I recently spent a week there with my partner and absolutely loved the ski in/ ski out village and wonderful wide runs for beginners. Falls Creek is about a 90 minute drive from the closest airport Albury. There are some great deals right now for lift passes as the season comes into its last month. Do it!!
