"The room odor was horrible, so the front desk associate decided to show another room on the 3rd floor— no better. There were bugs on the floor and on the A/C unit. So I requested a refund, was told that the manager was out for the night and to call in the morning. I was given an initial refund for the room deposit the same night I left. But, was declined my refund the following day — so I’m disputing the charge with my bank. Horrible 30 mins experience. Get a real hotel. This one is dirty."

"The staff was courteous and helpful but the beds in my room smelled like urine. I was given another room and the 2nd room wasn’t as bad but did have a faint smell of urine as well and the fire alarm went off at 6am on my last day there. I normally book at LaQuinta when I travel. This is the first time experiencing this."
