The room was so cozy yet vibrant and full of personality. I really loved the coastal vibes and comfy beds. The room came with free water and the staff was nice and helpful. And the property was a 5 minute walk from The Island Queen Ferry. Would stay here again!

What a wonderful stay! This hotel was quiet, cozy, and exceptionally clean. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and we loved having a ground-level room for easy access. The espresso coffee was a fantastic bonus and the perfect way to start the day. Everything made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we visit Falmouth. Highly recommend!

This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!

Bathroom was small. Little space to put anything in. Old fashioned. Room smaller than others we stayed in. Ice buckets but no ice except from the manager. We have had better at red horse inn.

Room decor was adorable. No coffee machine or products, no water for drinking in the room. The tub was clogged. No one around to fix it or to call. The place was adorable and very clean!!

We were very pleasantly surprised by this great hotel. The room was more modern than expected. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and a small but clean bathroom. The room was large with high ceilings (second floor), a ceiling fan and fridge. Coffee was available in an area called “the barn” in an area central to all rooms. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Beaches were a short to medium drive depending which you wanted to go to. Check in is there is on the early side (2:00) which is very nice. We arrived at 1:00 on a Saturday and were able to check in early. I’d recommend this hotel and would go back. No complaints.

The room was clean and the furnishings looked nice, but overall the place wasn’t what I expected from the online photos. It’s a motel, not an inn. The space that formerly acted as a common area with seating and coffee is closed. There was a microwave and (rather loud) fridge in the room, but no coffee maker in the rooms or anywhere on the premises that I could find. Rather than shades on the front windows there are plantation shutters that look pretty but don’t block out the light on the outside wall, and there is no switch to turn it off, so if you mind the light bring an eye shade.
