this property is a very special place, and not for those who demand luxury, but instead, those who want to make lasting memories – – the charm, the kindness of the staff, the proximity to the ocean, the mature trees, and the sweet white clapboard antique buildings all create an environment of your childhood dreams.

Ideal location, super close to the main street of shops and a short walk from the beach. I stayed with my partner for 4th of July weekend and it was wonderful. Like other reviews said, the facilities are on the older and more outdated side, but we booked a queen bed and our space was clean and everything was functional. Met expectations and it was a great stay.

Perfect spot if you like to be close to downtown. Easy walking to restaurant and shops. Staff were great. Room was comfortable. Only improvement I would suggest is more outlets and in accessible locations in the room.

If you are looking to stay steps away from great bars, restaurants, shops and a short bike ride to the shining sea bike path this is the place for you. We didn’t use either but there’s an indoor and outdoor pool. Lots of green space on property and plenty of free parking. Our room wasn’t completely up to date and current but it was clean and the pressure on the shower was amazing. Nice after a day at the beach. There was always staff around cleaning. We stayed for 2 nights and would return for sure

Inn is traditional motor lodge where we stayed. Doors opening outside where you can pull up to the door. Very modest decor. Beds comfortable. Great AC. Indoor and outdoor pool. Not fancy or posh at all but provides the things you need. It is in a great location just a few blocks off Main Street and a few blocks In the other direction to the beach. Met our needs and we would stay again if in the area.

I absolutely loved this place. The folks here are super nice & it's all the little things that made my stay really nice. Upgraded my room, let me checkout a little late, fantastic breakfast, etc. Place is nothing like your high-end hotels but that's what I really loved about it. It's old school but very clean & comfortable. I've been to so many hotels/motels on the Cape & this is my favorite. I'll never go anyplace else.

You’re mostly paying for location and access to the pools. Rooms are old and outdated; pretty pricey for all economy finishes and an old spring mattress. With that said, the location is great, parking was easy, & it wasn’t undoable. Staff was reserved but there if needed.

The room was very dated and there was no closet or microwave. The grounds were beautiful but I feel for the price we paid the rooms could be better furnished. The check in office was so musty smelling.
