A great location to visit Falmouth town, close to Falmouth Town station. Very smart room, comfortable bed, friendly and professional staff and a tasty cooked breakfast.

I was given an upgrade to a bedroom with sea view and king size bed which I really appreciated. Bedding was fine but carpet, armchairs could do with a good clean, cupboard to hang clothes showed signs of damp. Room not cleaned, tea cups replaced or bins emptied during stay. Breakfast was really good.

Really loved my stay here. Extremely friendly and welcoming hosts (and dog!), the room was spacious and comfortable, I slept brilliantly. Breakfast was a treat - well made and fast, great selection on offer. And what a good location. Definitely want to come back!

Stayed a night here and it was lovely. Only a short walk to town or the beach. If you're staying in falmouth this is the place to be!

The room was charmingly decorated, and I really appreciated the Cornish tea and biscuits that were provided. In the morning, I woke up to the sound of seagulls, which was a lovely reminder that I was so close to the sea. There was a great variety of breakfast options, and I especially enjoyed the delicious Cornish breakfast made with local ingredients.

All I need was a functional room for the night, but too many minor issues, including Stained bedding Missing items from room Damaged items Staff were helpful and as a positive, the early breakfast was excellent Also on site parking advertised but limited spaces

Lovely stay at the Lerryn, the room was spacious and comfortable. The house itself is lovely and the breakfast on both mornings were delicious. The hotel is close to the beach and a short walk to a cafe right on the beach. We had a great stay here

I had a single room for 1 night for work and left quite early in the morning. The room was ok but was well overdue some maintenance. However, I slept ok and the hotel location was great.

It was a pleasant stay at the Leryn Hotel. The hotel is well positioned on the outskirts of Falmouth within an easy walk into the town centre. It has good facilities and they provide a good cooked breakfast

I will definitly stay again if I'm in Falmouth, room was excellent, particularly the bathroom. Breakfast was very good, I regret turning down extra toast.

Great staff, very accommodating when I arrived so so late, good facilities, great breakfast. Very competitive price. Great location. Wish I’d used this place before. Excellent choice!

I had a nice stay, needs some TLC its abit tired and could with some work done. My key in the lock to my door didnt work to well but staff was very helpful. Very nice breakfast. I had a upgrade on my room so that was very nice!!

The Lerryn Hotel is in a fabulous spot, great access for the town and beach. The breakfast was faultless with perfect service. However, the shower overflowed on my first morning. This was rectified, but there was water coming through the extractor above the shower at times, and a leak of water onto the bathroom floor from the base of the shower when the shower was not in operation. Room generally not that clean, grubby carpet, and room not tidied daily when user away. Am I asking too much for £75 / night?

Dog friendly & the staff are all amazing. Great choice of breakfast options. The room was clean & loved the biscuits each day. Small fridge in the room which was handy & a coffee maker which I didn’t need as they had great coffee at breakfast. Really close to the beach & some lovely walks with the dog close by. The town isn’t too far to walk either. Would definitely stay again
