"It looks like a hotel that was high end way back in the day, but its strughling to hang on. I had to get my own hand soap etc.at the front desk. I booked 2 queen beds but was put in a king room. Bed was clean and comfortable though. Im glad my teenager was ok to share. Only one elevator was working for 7 floors and it was just barely working. Not a lot of explanations or information from staff eg: you have to swipe your room key when you press your floor button or the elevator will just go back down to the lobby. You also have to press door open when you reach your floor or you will go back down. Otherwise it was clean, comfortable, and a beautiful view of the city at night."

"We had to move rooms because there were ants crawling everywhere, getting on our feet and the bed! There were also two long hairs on the face towels. At breakfast time, there was never any plates or bowls out for us to actually put the food on, the eggs we ordered were never brought to us. The pool was cold, the bedding was old."

"Bathroom floor needed cleaning. And bed was horribly uncomfortable.. was given a handicap room.. and bed seemed to be to accommodate that. Lower on one side and horribly uncomfortable.. staff did offer to change room but wasn’t able as affair we were there for would have been missed.. Why put someone in a room like that if you had other rooms to begin with.. have stayed here before but will not again.. For the price room should be clean too"

"Staff great. Room lovely and spacious. Overall good. Couch a little hard/uncomfortable. Hard to keep water in shower and off floor of bathroom but when we asked for extra towels they brought plenty. I’d go back."

"This property has an ongoing issue with its front desk staff. I’ve been staying here for a few years and every time I checkin there are multiple issue from being told to wait as the individual acts busy addressing other issues to just downright rude behavior. After this last mess where I waited 15 minutes then told to visit the other clerk who ignored me initially, I will not be choosing this property again."
