Night time staff at check in were amazing!! Morning staff could afford to take notes on guest service when pushing guests aside to get their own coffee… evening staff were superb! Breakfast was not up to par. But overall it was a good stay!
Large, modern, clean room. We didn't use them, but had all the amenities of a suite hotel... fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom was freshened, and fresh towels were provided daily. Staff were helpful and friendly. I found the bed too soft for my back, but hubby was ok with it. The make-your-own waffle was excellent, but the sausage patties, little potato patties, etc were lukewarm. I enjoyed the bagel and cream cheese. Coffee was decent and appreciated. Overall, a good place to stay, and we will come back on our next visit to Rochester.
The hotel was quiet, especially considering the number of guests judging by all the cars in the parking lot. Breakfast had a variety although I would have like to have yogurt cups available. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and well-appointed for our needs. Conveniently located.
The rooms were clean, pet friendly which is nice when you have a pet. The grounds were clean no dog poop on the grounds at all. Beds were comfortable, My complaints would be was the rooms were on different floors. We were on the first floor and it was after 10:00 and the noise volume was high with people talking very loud. I definitely recommend and will be staying there again!!
No complaints except the first floor is very noisy, due to the kitchen being there.
Otherwise room was comfy although I personally did not like the pillows but bed and sheets were very pleasant to sleep in.
I had to buy water there which was a little pricey and annoying but other amenities were good. Lots of places to eat nearby and the location is very convenient for anywhere you want to go in the area
I would stay again.

Liked: Staff & service
The building is new but located in a really remote area. There’s only the BJ’s next to it. Other than that, no restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store.
The room was a good in size but housekeeping didn’t clean our room on our second day, which was weird.
The elevators were dirty, especially the floor and super smelly.
The breakfast was not bad but for the price, it should be better.
Overall, it’s a not bad hotel.
The staff was particularly friendly. The 3 ladies that worked the front desk area were always kind and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Wonderful property! Staff was extremely kind and even gave us a 'welcome' bag of treats because we were celebrating a graduation. The room was clean, comfortable, convenient. Right off the highway, but quite and peaceful. Amazing breakfast! My daughter couldn't stop eating :)
This is a basic hotel near the airport. One elevator was out of service during our stay and the working elevator was dirty and hot inside. Other than that, however, this was a good place to stay for an early morning flight. The woman working the front desk was excellent at customer service. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.
Staff was super friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good, pool was nice.

Disliked: Amenities
Breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced at a Hilton property. I chose this property based on positive reviews for breakfast, so was especially disappointed when I came to breakfast an hour before it was scheduled to end but found that many food items were already gone or the machine was not working (yogurt machine, oatmeal, egg patties, hot water, sausage) and would not be replaced, plus utensils were missing! It was also set up in a very confusing way. When we complained to management they said "sorry" but did nothing else. The room looked modern and clean but the heating/cooling system could not be controlled so we were often too hot or cold. The "kitchen" had no way to cook other than a microwave although it had plenty of cooking utensils, pots, and casserole dishes. The property was very noisy, sounding as if people were running around in the halls at all hours (one night the police were called to remove a bunch of rowdy people). Finally, the bathroom had a very heavy, noisy sliding door that made it hard to get in and out and woke everyone up if someone used it at night. Staff were friendly but seemed understaffed/overwhelmed. I have no idea how this place received positive reviews from anyone.
